- Water Flosser Use
- Use at least 1 time per day, spend 2 minutes
- Toothbrush Use
- AM - Brush for 2-3 minutes, brush in the shape of large circles that touch teeth and gums.
- PM - Bursh for 2-3 minutes, brush in the shape of large circles that touch teeth and gums.
- Floss picks and/or floss
- Use 2-3 times per day to ensure food debris are not left between teeth after meals.

- Dilute 2 pumps per 300mls of water
- 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
- Dilute 50-50 with water
- Baking Sodar and Water
