Your home care is essential for the success of
your treatment.

  • Water Flosser Use
    • Use at least 1 time per day, spend 2 minutes
  • Toothbrush Use
    • AM - Brush for 2-3 minutes, brush in the shape of large circles that touch teeth and gums.
    • PM - Bursh for 2-3 minutes, brush in the shape of large circles that touch teeth and gums.
  • Floss picks and/or floss
    • Use 2-3 times per day to ensure food debris are not left between teeth after meals.
  • Product Options
    • PeriosScript (available on Amazon and other online retailers)
      • Dilute 2 pumps per 300mls of water
    • 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
      • Dilute 50-50 with water
    • Baking Sodar and Water
      • Ratio: 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 cup (8oz) water. *Shake well before using in Waterpik!
